Write down how the affirmation influenced your interactions, noting moments of effective communication or areas where you showed patience and understanding.

VI. Weekly Harmony Focus:

Select one affirmation to focus on each week as your “co-parenting mantra,” allowing you to fully internalize a positive, harmonious approach. 

VII. Visualize:

While repeating the affirmation, close your eyes and visualize calm, respectful interactions with your co-parent, focusing on mutual respect and shared goals for your child.

VIII. Use During Challenges:

In not-easy co-parenting moments, pull out a card to remind yourself of the goal of peaceful and respectful communication.
